I started training with Michel to generally improve my fitness level and get ready for a cycling holiday. I never expected to get so much out of it or enjoy it as much as I did though! Michel is somehow always so enthusiastic, and, although the training sessions are hard, they’re a lot of fun! Michel really tailors each session to suit you, pushing you to achieve your best whilst being understanding and supportive. Unlike other personal trainers that I’ve tried, Michel has really taught me how to become aware of my body – especially my posture and how to activate my core. This has helped me get even more out of the sessions as I can feel each specific part of my body that I train, rather than training just for the sake of it. I would definitely recommend Michel to anyone, no matter what your level of fitness – it’s been fantastic!
